Christopher Cooper is a native Chicagoan and is currently pursuing his BA in Studio Arts at Trinity College. He was raised on the Westside of Chicago his life and that has influenced his view of the world. Chris has always used art as a tool in order to showcase his abstract view of the world. Starting with photography to show the fast-paced style of city living and moving to paintings and sculptures to show the darker yet colourful nature of the world. At Trinity College Chris along with two other of his friends created Nest Artist, an organisation at Trinity dedicated to showcasing the magnitude of art on campus through, art galleries, performance nights, murals, textile tutorials, and more.
After studying graphic design in Copenhagen, Denmark for a semester Chris has found a new path in his journey with arts. Graphic design became a new passion of his where he can use his abstract thinking to create interesting bold designs for clients. Creating identities, posters, and consulting with people became something that Chris quickly became addicted to. It is now something he wants to pursue long term with graduate school and a career.
